My Victory

When that long journey ends
We will rest up there in Heaven
Leave this wretched life behind
There again to see our brethren

Surrounded by angels singing
Far beyond that distant cloud
We shall see His great throne
Sparkling White in the crowd

When it is my turn to meet Him
I feel His Spirit that’s in my soul
For it was He who has saved me
Forgave my sins, made me whole

Kneeling in front of God Almighty
I can feel His hand touch my face
Knowing through my faith in Him
I have my victory and won my race
