In His Eternal Care

There will come a day soon
When I shall meet my Savior
It is then He will reveal it all
My questions He will answer

His love He shall show to me
Love I will give Him in return
A home He has made for me
 Home that I shall have to earn

I have confessed to Him my sins
My belief in Him is without doubt
His Holy name is so precious to me
To Him my love will ever be devout

That day might be tomorrow for me
I shall be ready to meet Him up there
I will live with my Savior up in Heaven
Forever to be living in His eternal care

My Passionate Goal

To know my Master is with me
Brings joy into this sinful soul
For it was He who took my sin
That day He made me whole

Forever I shall bless my Savior
I will love Him like my brother
He is my strength and my light
He has compassion like no other

I shall meet Him one sweet day
On a pathway leading to the sky
He will then lead me to the City
There where no one will ever die

Knowing what lays ahead for me
Brings peace to my heart and soul
To be in Heaven with all of its Glory
Has always been my passionate goal

You Shall Forever Stay

 
I will have a life to live with Jesus
For all Eternity I shall be with Him
If I should miss out being in Heaven
My eternal life would be very grim

He has made me this eternal home
It was built with upmost perfection
It’s a haven of rest for His believers
Living there under God’s protection

Although I have never been sin free
Jesus took my sins if they were His own
When I confessed to Him He set me free
I am now the most peaceful I ever known

When you accept Him as your great Savior
All your Earthly troubles will soon go away
He will guide you on to that Promised Land
Up there with our God you shall forever stay

Summers Swan Song

I love to hear that September song
When cool evenings come around
Leaves soon will begin their falling
Tumbling from tree to the ground

Hot summer days will soon be past
Refreshing days will be on their way
A light soft rain is falling this morning
Farmers might get another cut of hay

Birds will start their flight to the South
They will avoid a harsh winters blast
Then to return home in the Spring time
This is their cycle that will always last

Autumn is coming with its lovely foliage
So many beautiful colors will dot the hills
Next month is when great things happen
So much beauty that to our mind fulfills

That Serene Valley

Today I gaze over that serene valley
I do visualize what Heaven might be
It is such a wondrous place He made
A beautiful place for both you and me

Tomorrow I shall see my eternal home
Greeted at the portal by my friend Jesus
He will welcome me home with open arms
To that land where we all will be ageless

He has made this place for all His believers
Who have asked forgiveness for their sins
Jesus will forgive their past transgressions
Their place in His Heavenly kingdom begins

Until that day He calls me to eternity’s shore
I shall go over to that beautiful valley and pray
I know He hears all of my prayers and answers
Telling me I shall live with Him one sweet day

A Royal Crown

Will you put off until tomorrow
What God wants you to do today
There may never be a tomorrow
You better do it while you may

Obey His word and be sure to listen
It is through Jesus we go to His City
A wondrous place where we gather
To hear Holy words for you and me

Only He knows when to call on you
To live with Him throughout Eternity
It may be tomorrow or could be today
Be prepared and it’s Heaven you’ll see

Don’t let another day pass without Him
Feel His love and return it with your own
He will show you the right path to be on
To win a precious God given Royal crown
