This Eternal Life

When I climb the stairs to Heaven
What a rejoicing reception I’ll see
As we gather all around in prayer
So much comfort will surround me

There will be Gabriel with his horn
Cherubs showing their sweet smiles
Mark, John, Luke and Matthew there
This list could go on for many miles

But the highlight of everyone there
Is Jesus Our Savior in all of His Glory
We will all gather Him and we listen
As He tells us of the beautiful story

What a wonderful life we’ll see there
No sorrow, no pain, and never any strife
Living forever in God’s beautiful Kingdom
Nothing can compare to this eternal life

Will Never End

When our Savior calls me to answer
I will get down on my knees and pray
You have helped me to overcome sin
I know it was Jesus who took it away

For now He has made my life brighter
Since He has chased the old devil away
With all my sins vanished now forever
I know I will meet Jesus one bright day

He has made this place that I will live
To spend my eternal life with our Lord
To never see fighting like it is on Earth
Where things are settled with a sword

Only peace will I find in my new home
Where everyone is your special friend
God will give us that place up in Heaven
Where our life with Jesus will never end

Heaven Suits You Well

If the world would only listen
To the words God has to say
Happiness would be forever
We would see a glorious day

No threat of war would we see
There would be no one to fight
Freedom would reign for us all
There would be no fear no fright

Only flaw in this kind of reasoning
Is a hideous devil stands in the way
He wants to destroy all the people
Don’t listen to what he has to say

Jesus will lead you up to Heaven
That devil would lead you to hell
Which direction will you be going
I know Heaven would suit you well

In Our savior's Care

When that last breath leaves my body
My journey to the Promise Land begins
I know since I believe in the Holy Bible
Jesus Christ died to take away my sins

How graceful I am for the Holy Father
He has made Heaven for you and me
Land where we find peace and comfort
This place will be ours through eternity

God has made Heaven with perfection
Everything there is spotless and clean
Flowers with colors never seen before
Fields filled with grasses of deep green

I know this all is waiting for me one day
I will see the beauty He made up there
My heart will ever be with Sweet Jesus
I shall forever live in our Savior’s care

God's Perfect Place

When we hear those Golden Bells ringing
At our Lord and Savior’s feet we shall fall
In this most perfect of all places there is
We thank Him for now we can have it all

In a land that is far beyond the blue sky
God built a special place for you and me
With mansions of beautiful White Marble
It is there we shall be through all eternity

Walking through these lush Green fields
We see beauty that we never seen before
God in His wonderful planning has made
A lovely place for us to live forever more

God wants everyone to meet Him there
Jesus, His only son died for all of our sin
Through Him is our way to that Holy land
For there is no other way we can enter in

Under The Sod

Life with Precious Jesus will be grand
Happiness will ring when it has begun
Nothing here on Earth will we ever see
Like up in Heaven when this life is done

I sit and think how I have wasted my life
Thinking in my sinful life I was having fun
It was the devil who told me that I was
But one day from that demon I did run

Today I am free from the life I had lead
Jesus has shown the perfect way to go
Read the Bible and believe in His word
An eternal life with our Savior I will know

It is now hard for me to understand why
Some people can’t seem to know our God
They don’t realize what happens to us all
Once we have been buried under the sod

Where I Am Today

As I walk in this old sin filled world
I think back to where I have been
Among the sinners who were blind
But this is now and not back then

Today God has set all my sin free
It is now on His only begotten Son
Who died on that old rugged cross
That our victory might now be won

It is with deepest love and respect
I have for the One who set me right
Who now ever walks along my side
In both daytime and the dark night

I thank my Lord and my Holy Savior
For showing me right from wrong
We know it is a privilege and honor
To sing His Precious name in a song

All The Story

When I shall meet you over yonder
We will have a hallelujah shouting day
There we will meet and greet friends
We have met somewhere along the way

No more sorrow, suffering ,or sadness
From our eternal home shall we ever see
Our life up there shall be blessed forever
An eternal life with our Jesus it will be

What joy will fill our hearts as we see
All the beauty that Heaven has to show
As our great faith in our Heavenly Father
Continues day by day and will still grow

This place on Earth is just a short stop
On our way to Heavens life and Glory
Then the Lord will take my hand in his
It is then He will show me all the story
