One Bright Day

Show me the right way Lord
Leave all my troubles behind
Lead me to a land of promise
Into a world gentle and kind

Open that door to the stairway
That leads me up to Your land
Where happiness will be mine
In that Place You made so grand

A Place we will know no sorrow
Love will be forever in our heart
Only true believers will get there
Land which we never shall depart

Tell Jesus that you want to go there
Confess your sins as to Him you pray
Believe each word in the Holy Bible
Heaven will be your home one day
