If I Am Worthy

 
Lord please tell if I am worthy of Heaven
Will I walk with you some day up there
Tell me if I will see you in all your Glory
Will I spend eternal life in your loving care

I know, I believe, and have read the Bible
I have the feeling of the spirit in my soul
Lord it is with you I want to spend eternity
It is your teachings that made me whole
 
Trying to be like You down on this Earth
Is an impossible task for anyone here to do
I try my best every day to please You,  Lord
I want to spend my Heavenly life with You

When that day comes for me to meet You
Happiness will in my heart begin to overflow
I shall bow in reverence for You, my Savior
Because I know everything you tell me is so
